Hi, I'm Mallory! For nearly 8 years, I've been guiding women's in their 30s and 40s and beyond to discover a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. As a mom myself, I understand the challenges of juggling a busy schedule, finding time to prioritize fitness, and making simple, nutritious meals for the family. My mission is to show you that you already have what it takes to build sustainable habits and feel your best—without stress or overwhelm.

Through my online fitness community, the Energy Up Collective, and my signature program the Healthy Habits Accelerator, I help women shift their mindset, find joy in movement, and create routines they can actually stick to. I’m here to guide you step-by-step to feel more energized, confident, and in control, while making healthy choices that fit into your life.

My courses, challenges, and membership focus on mindset support, practical habit-building strategies, and finding what truly works for you. I believe in progress over perfection, and I’m passionate about creating a space where you can thrive—especially during the busy seasons of life.

MY STORY

Before I became a personal trainer, yoga instructor and coach, I spent years climbing the ladder in marketing and advertising. Chasing success, hustling hard, and burning out faster. But after having kids and realizing how disconnected I felt from my body (and honestly, myself), I knew I needed a change.

So I left the corporate world and pursued fitness full time, not just to get in shape, but to rebuild my energy, confidence, and clarity from the inside out. It was the beginning of me becoming the healthiest version of myself along the way.

Now, as a mom and stepmom to six kids, I understand how hard it can feel to prioritize your own wellness. But I also know how powerful it is when you do. That’s why I help women in their 30s and 40s create sustainable routines that fit their real lives, so they can feel strong, steady, and energized again.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me chasing sunshine, planning our next family trip, or blasting a podcast on mindset, wellness, or longevity (with a matcha in hand, obviously).

Because this season of life? It’s not the end, it’s the launchpad.
